My coaching approach is based on conversations and lived experiences. The image I have chosen as my logo is a Shona sculpture piece of the “earth mother” which symbolizes unity, nurturing and wholeness. The image is of two individuals flowing into each other and there is no beginning and no end as one bends down to lift the other.

In Zimbabwe every individual has a right to be heard, both individually, one on one or as a collective. For the collective we hold a dare, which is a facilitated session, overseen by an elder or a group of elders to help resolve a situation. Everything involves conversation in order to reach consensus and an eventual outcome.

My coaching is based on this conversational approach. Each session is a continuation of a conversation and like many conversations discovery of self will come with each conversation and those realizations will help to determine an eventual outcome.
